Implemented based on the Pdg2Pic core, it can run independently without requiring SuperStar Reader or SuperStar components.
Currently, it only supports checking image and text-based PDG files with 0xH, 1xH, 2xH, and AxH formats, and does not support 6xH or HTML-based PDG files.
