The webmaster works in computer-related jobs and has to work in front of the computer for about 8 hours a day. After a long time, the shoulders, arms, and neck will feel sore. Therefore, taking regular breaks is essential. Today, I would like to recommend a rest timer reminder software - Workrave.
Workrave is an auxiliary software designed for computer users and office workers to prevent and recover from repetitive strain injuries (RSI). Its main function is to remind users to take breaks at regular intervals and teach them simple indoor exercises during the break period.

Workrave allows you to set up three types of timers: Pause, Break, and Time Limit. Each type can be freely configured with working time, break time, delay time, and the number of popup reminders. For users who tend to "lose track of time," Workrave also offers a forced block feature that disables user input and locks the screen (without harming the machine or data), thus forcing the user to take a break.
In addition, Workrave encourages users to perform some simple indoor exercises during the break period, complete with illustrated instructions. Users just need to follow along. All operations can be accessed by right-clicking the Workrave icon in the system tray.
