In the past, at job fairs, recruiters could always receive quite a number of suitable resumes and return home fully loaded. However, after the Spring Festival, at several large-scale spring job fairs held in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, many companies put up posters offering high salaries for software testers.
