QTTabBar - Favorite Explorer Enhancement [.net]

I started using QTTabBar three months before Scavin introduced it (in May 2007), and I've been using it ever since. This software requires at least the .NET 2.0 runtime environment. I've omitted some steps in the article, so please look carefully at the pictures.

It was only last night that I belatedly realized QTTabBar had been upgraded to version 1.2.2.1 and now supports multiple languages. Out of my fondness for this software, I've decided to give a detailed and somewhat verbose introduction.
