Solution for desktop not displaying

When the desktop cannot be displayed upon startup:

1. Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC → Task Manager → File → New Task → Enter: explorer.exe → OK. Can this solve the problem?

2. Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC → Task Manager → File → New Task → Enter: . (English period) → OK. Can this solve the problem?

3. Press F8 during startup and select "Last Known Good Configuration" mode. Can this solve the problem?
