When installing the 3.0 version of Tsinghua Uniscribe Input Method, there may be an error with explorer.exe. If canceling Tsinghua Uniscribe Input Method and using another input method without any issues, it can be judged as an input method problem. Uninstalling Tsinghua Uniscribe Input Method will resolve the issue.
No similar problems have been found with the 4.0 version of Tsinghua Uniscribe Input Method.
