Hidden Windows XP Black Theme

We know that Microsoft designed the Royale smooth theme for Windows Media Center, which is similar to the one mentioned above but in blue. The black theme shown above has been signed by Microsoft, and it is very likely that it was designed by Microsoft as well. It's strange that Microsoft hasn't released it though.
