For a long time, there have been few comprehensive articles online about Windows server management. Even in terms of Windows network security settings, although there are quite a few topics on this subject, these articles do not fully implement the principle of "minimum services + least privileges = maximum security." The author, having worked for a virtual hosting provider recently, conducted an in-depth investigation due to work requirements. All environments discussed in this article were tested on Windows 2000 Advanced Server, so some content may not apply to Windows 2003 systems, but most of it is universal.
