Keep the IE browser window always maximized.

After the operating system is installed, the IE browser window always defaults to a normal window, and you cannot see the entire web page without scrolling. You have to click the "Maximize" button. Then when you click on a link inside, the new window that appears is still a normal window, and again, you need to click the "Maximize" button to view the full webpage. So then, you drag the border to stretch the normal window to fill the whole screen, but after closing this window, when you reopen the IE browser, it still defaults to the normal-sized window. It's so annoying!
