The public beta application address for QQ2009 Preview2 is now open.

Yesterday, QQ finally released the public testing address for QQ2009 Preview 2. I originally intended to share it with everyone yesterday, but the Tencent experience page was inaccessible in the afternoon, so it got delayed until today.
