However, whenever people discuss airplanes, it doesn't seem to be about how much time they save flying from China to the U.S., but rather the undeniable issue of their safety. This seems similar to how every time people debate whether Windows or Linux is better, the argument often centers on security. Of course, don't misunderstand me; flying is still the safest mode of transportation available today. But today, seeing some friends argue over which is safer, Windows or Linux, I had many thoughts.
