Class Summary of Work Relations
As the basic task is to fully implement the party's educational policies, in accordance with the requirements for moral, intellectual, and physical comprehensive development, we carry out education and management within the class so that every student can achieve healthy and overall development. Based on this principle, I have done the following:
First, ideological and moral education: The ideological and moral education of students is the main task of my work and also the focus of the class management. First, I instill love and interest in the students, educating them about patriotism and establishing thoughts for national revitalization. I strengthen their sense of collectivism, cultivate noble sentiments, and form a disciplined, united, upward-bound, and youthful spirit within the collective. In terms of ideological and moral education for students, I provide guidance on some sides, adhering to the principles and methods of moral education, moving, reasoning, guiding in order, and persevering. I quantitatively examine students according to the school code of conduct, where students are quantitatively scored. Class cadres and students take turns as civilized supervision personnel, recording these scores and taking them as an important condition for year-end evaluations. This strengthens the role of the moral code of conduct and improves the students' moral quality.
Second, attention to class construction: Modern educational theory tells us that to organize a successful class, teachers must first select some excellent students in character and learning, who possess strong responsibility and willingness to serve others, to serve as class cadres. These good students educate others, encouraging other students to forge ahead, forming the right collective public opinion and an excellent class. In the selection and cultivation of class cadres, I believe that if teachers do everything on behalf of others, it will make the class cadre lose its mass basis, bringing unnecessary difficulties in future work, which is not desirable! However, the so-called democracy, letting students completely self-determine, often leads some students to elect their own good friends, making future class management careless and inadequate. A good idea should be first democratic and then centralized, meaning letting students vote, followed by teacher evaluation. To make the student election results more representative, I let everyone recommend 20 classmates within a stipulated time, then order them according to the number of votes, selecting the top 12 students for election, maximizing allowing students to express their views, and electing cadres that are often ideal. Finally, according to the temperament, personality, and ability of the selected cadres, I optimize the division of labor and combine the class committee. Practice has proven that the class committee generated after a democratic election and optimization combination receives the trust and support of the students and has strong combat effectiveness.
For the class teacher, managing the class cadres is not just about using them but also about providing education and training. I often teach them to establish a sense of collective service and responsibility, asking them to study hard, unite classmates, set examples themselves, encourage them to work boldly, and have strict requirements while paying attention to work methods. Of course, no cadre is perfect, so they cannot be too demanding or criticized, especially when errors occur in their work. The class will check the work and give specific guidance and help, neither doing everything on behalf of others nor pushing all class responsibilities onto the cadres without regard. I still hold regular class cadre conferences, organizing them to learn plans and specific measures, checking implementation situations, summarizing gains and losses, improving, teaching them how to tell right from wrong, and timely stopping the bad behavior of students. The class cadre in the class must not be tolerated, encouraging them to set examples and drive other students, promoting the entire class management work. I teach activities. Study on students with poor students; discipline reminding each other; life of labor helping each other. Through these activities, the enlarged class cadre enhances collaboration between students through activities, strengthening their collaboration spirit and group consciousness. Thus, in the class cadre's discipline and conventional management, there is apparent effect, and it can also enable students to form the habit of solidarity, creating an atmosphere of solidarity in the class, making the class become a big family.
Third, students study hard, completing the learning task: The main task of students is to study. I teach students to have a clear learning objective, take a correct attitude towards study, abide by learning discipline, guide students to develop good study methods, enhance learning consciousness, develop good study habits, and improve academic performance to lay a good foundation for serving the motherland and the future revitalization of the Chinese nation.
Fourth, concerning the health of students and promoting the all-round development of students: To comprehensively and responsibly manage students, we not only care about their studies but also guide them to carry out good science and technology and cultural activities and social practice activities. To cultivate their sense of labor and the idea of serving the people, to develop good habits, to increase social knowledge, to master certain production knowledge and skills, and increase practical ability.
