2. Check if there is any deformation in geometric dimensions. Some parts may deform due to improper manufacturing, transportation, or storage. 6. Check if the bonded parts are loose. Components composed of two or more parts are connected through press fitting, bonding, or welding. There should be no looseness between them. For example, the plunger of the oil pump and the adjusting arm are combined through press fitting; the driven wheel of the clutch and the steel plate are riveted together; the friction plate and the steel plate are riveted or bonded; the paper filter element frame and the filter paper are bonded; the electrical equipment wires are welded. If looseness is found during selection, replacement should be made.
7. Check if the rotating parts are flexible. When selecting total assemblies like oil pumps, manually rotate the pump shaft, which should feel flexible without jamming; when selecting rolling bearings, one hand supports the inner ring of the bearing, while the other hand rotates the outer ring, which should be able to rotate freely and quickly, then gradually stop. If the rotating parts do not turn smoothly, it indicates internal rusting or deformation, so don't buy.
8. Check if the assembly components are missing any parts. Regular assembly components must be complete and intact to ensure smooth assembly and normal operation. Missing individual small parts from some assembly components will make the assembly components unable to work or even scrap.
