At the recently concluded Wheelchair Fencing World Cup in Germany, Rong Jing won a gold medal in women's individual foil, a bronze medal in individual epee, and a gold medal in team epee, achieving top honors for China's disabled wheelchair fencing team.
On the morning of January 27, the "World Cup" for disabled wheelchair fencers was held as scheduled in Germany. In the women's individual foil competition, Rong Jing, known as the "Most Beautiful Swordsman," defeated her opponent with solid skills and proficient techniques, winning the first gold medal for the Chinese delegation. On January 28, in the individual epee competition, Rong Jing won a bronze medal. On January 29, in the team epee competition, Rong Jing worked closely with her teammates, showcasing their strength once again. After nearly an hour of intense competition, they added another gold medal to the Chinese delegation's tally. Rong Jing was born in November 1988 in Huachong Town, Shuyang County, a typical farmer's family. In 2005, Rong Jing was selected for the Jiangsu Fencing Team for training. Since then, Rong Jing has become a professional athlete, embarking on a career in disabled wheelchair fencing.
