Traditional Chinese medicine is a treasure of the Chinese nation and an important embodiment of Chinese culture. With its heavy cultural heritage and medical model, it is increasingly understood by the broad masses of people around the world, and the services provided by traditional Chinese medicine are increasingly accepted by the peoples of various countries. As traditional Chinese medicine goes to the world and influences the world, it is becoming a historical trend. On the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the founding of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Forum, the International Foundation for Exchange of Chinese Medical Sciences and the Chinese National Health Association decided to jointly organize the "Fifth Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Forum and Traditional Chinese Medicine Goes to the World (Beijing) Summit" in Beijing from June 18-20, 2010.

In addition to in-depth discussions on hot issues such as the current status, challenges, and countermeasures for the development of traditional Chinese medicine in our country, inheritance, innovation, and cooperation, this forum will also specifically discuss how traditional Chinese medicine can go to the world and influence the world, and compile the "Treasure Mirror of Chinese Medicine" for promotion at home and abroad. Relevant national leaders, leaders of related ministries, and well-known experts and scholars in the field of traditional Chinese medicine from home and abroad will be invited to attend the meeting.
