According to the report of our newspaper (reporter Liu Jie), it was learned yesterday that four suspects were prosecuted in Chaoyang Court for suspected fraud. According to the prosecution, three of the men worked for a ticketing company and took advantage of the ticket issuance platform to purchase extra children's tickets during the booking process, then resold them to adult passengers. They also colluded with a check-in officer to help the passengers board their flights. Using this method, they defrauded Air China of 1908 tickets, involving an amount of over 1.44 million yuan.

The prosecution charged that suspect Sun Jun operated Guizhou Panorama Aviation Service Company and used the ticket issuance platform of Guiyang Lele Aviation Ticketing Company to book Air China tickets for passengers. In November 2010, when booking tickets for passengers, he entered forged passenger ID numbers into the booking system to obtain reservation codes. During the ticket issuance process, he did not follow the automatic fare generation instructions but instead changed adult tickets to children's half-price tickets. After successfully booking the tickets, he resold them to adult passengers at a price higher than the children's half-price ticket but settled the ticket payments with Air China at the children's half-price rate.

Using this method, Sun Jun obtained 443 Air China tickets within one month, underpaying the ticket price, fuel surcharge, and airport construction fee by a total of over 320,000 yuan by settling at the children's half-price rate. After succeeding smoothly, Sun Jun then colluded inside and outside with suspect check-in officer Sun Yu, who ensured that adult passengers holding children's half-price tickets could successfully board their flights at Capital Airport.

According to the charges, in December 2010, Sun Jun convinced two other suspects, shareholders of Guizhou Panorama Aviation Service Company, Mou Chunxiang and Wang Xiucheng, to join this business. They settled with Air China at the children's half-price rate to underpay the ticket price, fuel surcharge, and avoid paying the airport construction fee. After agreeing, they used this method to defraud Air China of 1465 tickets, underpaying the ticket price, fuel surcharge, and avoiding paying the airport construction fee by a total of over 1.12 million yuan. To ensure these passengers could board smoothly, they also had Sun Yu responsible for check-in at Capital Airport.

The prosecution believed that Sun Jun, Sun Yu, Mou Chunxiang, and Wang Xiucheng fabricated false facts to defraud state property for personal gain, and the amounts involved were particularly huge. All should be held criminally responsible for fraud. Chaoyang Court will select a date to hold a trial for this case.
