In the lawsuit, Liang's mother stated that last year, Liang became acquainted with a local woman surnamed Li. Under the pretext of marriage, she quickly spent over 10,000 yuan that Liang had received from his village. Liang also borrowed 5,000 yuan from his brother to give to Li, who disappeared after receiving the money. When Li found out that Liang had again received 80,000 yuan from the sale of the village's grain fields, she reconciled with him on her own initiative. They obtained a marriage certificate, but within a few months, the money was gone again. Currently, Li is inciting Liang to ask his mother for the 76,000 yuan in compensation left by his ex-wife, threatening to separate otherwise.

Currently, this case is still under further execution proceedings. After court mediation, the mother agreed to hand over the money to Liang, but failed to pay by the due date. Consequently, Liang applied to the court for compulsory enforcement. The elderly mother expressed that the money had already been spent by her son long ago. Over the years, her son has not fulfilled his duty to support her, and she essentially has no savings or cash. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that she indeed does not have any bank deposits or significant cash reserves.

According to reports (journalist Wang Qiushi), after Liang's ex-wife passed away in a traffic accident, she left behind 76,000 yuan in compensation which was placed in the care of her elderly mother. At the age of 40, Liang not only squandered all his savings to please his wife, but also sued his 60-year-old mother at the Miyun Court, demanding the return of this money. Yesterday, it was learned that the case has now entered the execution process.
