Liang Yaoqiang had been working overtime for five consecutive days in an undercover operation targeting motorcycle thefts. According to Deputy Captain Liu Peilu of the Xinhui Patrol Police Team, since June this year, there have been frequent cases of motorcycle thefts in the Hui Cheng area south of the river. At 11:40 PM, Liang Yaoqiang suddenly felt severe head pain and experienced episodes of darkness in his vision. Wu Yaoming advised him to go home and rest, but he refused. As the headache worsened, Liang decided to buy some painkillers from a nearby pharmacy. He instructed the other three members to act flexibly, aim for catching the suspects red-handed, and report progress to him.
