The sentence appears to have some grammatical issues and may not convey a clear meaning even in Chinese. However, based on the provided characters, here is a possible translation: "To josamycin, the United Ningbitai treatment for Ureaplasma lyticum." Please note that "josamycin" is an antibiotic, and "Ureaplasma lyticum" refers to a species of bacteria. The phrase "United Ningbitai" might refer to a specific treatment or brand name, but without further context, it's difficult to provide a more accurate translation. If this is a medical term or specific jargon, additional clarification might be needed.

To investigate the efficacy of Josamycin combined with Ningbitai capsules in the treatment of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection. General Information: A group of 60 cases from our hospital's Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Dermatology in 2002, outpatient patients (Ureaplasma urealyticum infection), were divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 cases each, including 44 male and 12 female cases, aged 18-60 years old, with an average age of 39 years. The onset time was 2-20 days. In the treatment group, two male cases had orchitis, six cases had prostatitis, three female cases had pelvic inflammatory disease, and three cases had cervicitis. In the control group, three male cases had epididymitis, and ten cases had prostatitis. There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of gender, age, disease duration, and condition, making them comparable (P > 0.05). Treatment: The treatment group received Josamycin 400 mg, 3 times/day, orally, along with 3 Ningbitai capsules, 3 times/day, for a course of 10 days. If healed upon review, continue to the next course of treatment. The control group used Josamycin alone, with the same dosage and treatment as mentioned. Results: For male urethral discharge, prostate fluid, female urethra, and cervical secretions, recovery indicated that Ureaplasma urealyticum culture turned negative, and other symptoms disappeared. Invalid treatment indicated that Ureaplasma urealyticum culture remained positive, and other symptoms persisted or disappeared. The treatment results are shown in Table 1. Table 1 shows a significant difference in clinical cure rate (x = 6.99, P < 0.01). Discussion: With the increasing incidence of non-gonococcal urethritis, a large proportion is due to Ureaplasma urealyticum infection. Curing drug resistance has not been satisfactory. Josamycin is a new macrolide antimicrobial agent with strong penetration, rapid oral absorption, fast and wide distribution in vivo, and higher concentration advantages in organs and tissues. Ningbitai capsules, derived from hibiscus leaves and Imperata rhizome drugs, have obvious Qingrejiedu, choleretic tonglin cooling blood to stop bleeding, diuretic, and anti-inflammatory pain-relieving effects. The application of Josamycin in Ureaplasma urealyticum infection significantly improved efficacy.
