Skype recently expanded its flat-rate service to more countries and regions. In addition, another major move by Skype is the launch of an official mobile Java version for cellphones. This official mobile Java version by Skype only transmits text chat messages via wireless data connection, while real voice calls still go through the regular cellphone call lines.
