Efficacy of Austrian lumbrokinase combined with alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic lower extremity arterial occlusive disease by Li Dexia and Wang Yanfang
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Baiao lumbrokinase combined with E1 (PGE.) for the treatment of diabetic peripheral arterial occlusive disease. 74 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral arterial occlusive disease were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, each consisting of 37 cases. On the basis of blood glucose control, blood pressure management, and diabetes education, the treatment group received daily oral administration of Austrian lumbrokinase at 1.8 million units combined with PGE. The control group was routinely administered PGE and received 100mg of enteric-coated aspirin orally every day. Both groups' dorsalis pedis artery pulse, limb apathy, rest pain, lower limb intermittent claudication indications, and blood rheology indicators were observed before and after treatment.
Results showed that after treatment, the treatment of New York diabetic peripheral arterial occlusive disease lesions significantly improved compared to the control group. Blood rheology parameters also significantly improved compared to the control group, showing a significant difference (P<0.05). Walking distance improvement was as follows: Grade 0: able to walk more than 500m without pain; Grade 1: able to walk 400-499m with pain...
