Why is my sleep getting worse? Sleep well

Recently, my sleep condition has been particularly bad; I don't sleep soundly. After waking up, I cannot fall back asleep for a long time, sometimes even staying awake all night. In the morning, I wake up very early but still feel sleepy, remaining in a hazy state until the alarm clock goes off. Now, I insist on going to bed earlier. If I really can't fall asleep, I'll grab a book or watch TV, which makes it a bit better and may help me fall asleep earlier. I lie down at 11 PM, but sometimes I can't fall asleep until 1 AM. Even if I do fall asleep, if I go to bed too early, I usually wake up around midnight.

I'm not sure if it's due to work reasons, as I have to face the computer every day. Now, I try not to use the computer after work whenever possible. I have a bad habit of sleeping with the light on. Whether the light is on or off, it seems the same to me, and I hope I can change this habit. Recently, because of studying and working at the same time, moving between different tasks, I might be very tired, but I still make sure to get into bed before 11 PM to prepare for sleep.
