On February 15th, Meng Jiwu, a tea farmer from the village of Liujiashan in the Chengguan Town of Zhushan County, hired eight pruning workers for Anji white tea to uniformly prune and fertilize 300 mu (approx. 50 acres) of old tea gardens. Since the beginning of Spring, the county has been guiding tea farmers to uniformly prune and fertilize the 100,000 mu (approx. 16,667 acres) of tea gardens across the county to ensure a bountiful harvest of the Anji white tea industry this year.
