The Sixth China Instrument Society MES Annual Conference to be Held Next Month
Introduction: From October 13 to 15, the Sixth (2011) China MES Annual Conference, hosted by the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) branch of the Chinese Instrument Society, will be held in Hangzhou. The conference theme is "MES Technology Promoting Deep Integration of Informatization and Industrialization."
From October 13 to 15, the Sixth (2011) China MES Annual Conference, hosted by the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) branch of the Chinese Instrument Society, will be held in Hangzhou. The conference theme is "MES Technology Promoting Deep Integration of Informatization and Industrialization."
The conference will address topics such as MES technology, standards, and development trends; the direction of MES technology development under low-carbon economic development models; how IT technology can help companies improve management levels; the deeper application needs of MES in China's manufacturing industry; and case studies and implementation keys for domestic MES applications. Meanwhile, this annual conference coincides with the five-year term expiration of the first board of directors of the MES Society, during which a new board will be elected.
The national "12th Five-Year" plan outline clearly proposed promoting the deep integration of informatization and industrialization. To achieve this deep integration, enterprises should build on localized information application foundations and organically integrate various localized information applications within the enterprise. As the core technology of enterprise comprehensive automation, the MES system bridges communication and management between enterprise planning and production control, serving as the core of achieving refined enterprise management.
