Our reporter (Lina Wang) - Real estate agent, Mr. Gao, from a broker company forged the company seal and finance exclusive seal, signing housing purchase contracts for others under the name of his company, embezzling more than 70,000 yuan of intermediary fees for himself. Yesterday, it was revealed by Daxing Court that Mr. Gao has been sentenced to two years in prison with a three-year reprieve due to committing the crime of professional embezzlement.

Customer Mr. Wang stated that he met real estate agent Mr. Gao when he was purchasing a house. To save on intermediary fees, he asked Mr. Gao to help him with the transfer procedures and promised him a 3000 yuan intermediary fee. By the end of May that year, he signed a house purchase contract with the homeowner. Later, due to rising housing prices, the homeowner did not cooperate with handling related procedures, so Mr. Wang took the matter to court. When the court found the real estate company to verify the situation, the company recognized that the seals - company seal, finance seal, contract seal - on the evidence provided by the parties were all fake, and the company had not received this intermediary fee.

The police investigation discovered that in May 2009, Mr. Gao had someone forge the real estate company's seal, financial exclusive seal, and contract exclusive seal at a cost of 50 yuan per seal.

The court found that from May 22, 2009, to the end of November that year, Mr. Gao impersonated the company's name to help four sets of clients sign house purchase contracts, appropriating over 70,000 yuan of collected intermediary fees or transfer fees for himself.
