Six, Refusal to Provide Guarantees Members bear the risks of using network services individually. Oriental Broadband makes no guarantees of any kind, whether explicit or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, Oriental Broadband not guaranteeing that the service will meet members' requirements; not guaranteeing that the service will not be interrupted; not guaranteeing the timeliness, security, or occurrence of errors in the service; not guaranteeing any goods purchased or transactions made through Oriental Broadband; and not guaranteeing any services provided by third parties on Oriental Broadband.
Seven, Limited Liability Oriental Broadband assumes no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Ten, Assurance Members agree to protect and maintain Oriental Broadband's interests, responsible for paying damages, litigation fees, attorney fees, and other losses and expenses caused by exceeding the service scope.
Eleven, Interruption or Termination of Services Members or Oriental Broadband may interrupt or end one or more network services at any time based on actual conditions. Oriental Broadband has the right to interrupt or end services without assuming any responsibility to members or third parties. If members object to subsequent modifications of the usage agreement or are dissatisfied with Oriental Broadband's services, they have the following rights:
1. Stop using Oriental Broadband's network services.

Fifteen, Law and Jurisdiction This usage agreement aligns with the interpretation of laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the execution of this service agreement, both parties agree to submit to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration according to the then-effective arbitration rules of the commission.
