The Mozilla Foundation said that the mobile version of Firefox browser, which was originally scheduled for release later this year, has been accelerated by 600% in the latest plan. This product, which runs on Linux-based devices, is constantly changing, and some interesting new suggestions about the user interface (UI) have also been received.
Last week, the foundation released a brand-new Firefox 3 Beta 5 based on Gecko 1.9, claiming various improvements in performance, stability, and memory management. It also indicated that one or more release candidates would be issued next month, with the final version set for release in June.
