The Struggle Intensifies: New Yahoo Assistant Will Automatically Delete Security Guard

On the evening of September 7, I received an email from the person in charge of the 360 Security Guard software, which indicated that in the version of Yahoo Assistant released the day before, "during installation, it would automatically delete 360 Security Guard," regardless of whether the user chose "Yes" or "No" to its warning prompt for deletion.

According to this person in charge, immediately after installation, it would check if the user's computer had "360 Security Guard." If it detected "360 Security Guard," a highly alarming dialog box would pop up: "Warning: The [360Safe] installed on your computer may cause Yahoo Assistant and the system to malfunction. In some cases, it may lead to a blue screen on your computer. Please delete [360Safe]."
