FastPictureViewer: A small and fast image browsing tool

FastPictureViewer is an image browsing tool that, although it only supports JPEG and the latest HD Photo (* .hdp, * .wdp) formats, has the characteristics of being small and fast. Also, the interface is very beautiful. FastPictureViewer does not have any built-in editing functions; it is designed solely to improve the speed of image browsing. This software requires support from Microsoft's WIC component.
