Let Firefox also use IE 8's WebSlices and Activities

The newly released IE 8 Beta 1 has two interesting new features: WebSlices (website subscription) and Activities (activity provider). WebSlices allows you to get instant updates of relevant news and information from a website directly on the IE bookmarks toolbar without having to visit the site. Activities is similar to the original right-click menu, allowing direct use of various web applications through a pop-up menu after selecting text on a webpage. In fact, these two functions can also be achieved using Firefox extensions, and there's not much difference compared to IE 8. I really admire the developers of these Firefox extensions; their "response speed" is truly impressive.
