Resolve the error of OUTLOOK unable to connect to EXCHANGE SERVER

The internal LAN email system uses EXCHANGE SERVER. One client machine is unable to log in to the email system, receiving a prompt that it cannot connect to the EXCHANGE SERVER, with an error code of 0x8004011D. According to the user, this machine was able to send and receive emails normally a few days ago. However, after not logging in for a few days, it now encounters the issue of being unable to send or receive emails today.
