①Stop-point temperature adjustment screw, it determines the control range of temperature. Adjusting this screw can change the initial pressure of the main spring balance on the pressure sensing cavity; rotating the temperature control knob can change the tension of the main spring balance, thereby changing the controlled temperature in the box. The screw connected to the main spring with a change in tension (loose or tight or position changes) is the stop-point temperature adjustment screw.
②Temperature difference adjustment screw. This screw can change the distance between the moving and static contacts of the thermostat, thereby changing the action pressure difference in the pressure sensing cavity to change the controlled temperature difference, so this screw is generally set on the bakelite plastic near the terminal.
③Open-point and defrost temperature adjustment screws, namely the screws up and down on the thermostat.
When judging the defrost temperature adjustment screw, you can also remove the defrost button, and the spring with a larger change in tension is the defrost spring, and the screw connected to it is the defrost adjustment screw. When adjusting, note: If debugging directly on the refrigerator, make sure to unplug the power cord before debugging to ensure safety; each adjustment screw should be adjusted by 1/2~1 week; after the adjustment is completed, the adjusted screw should be sealed with paint to prevent the action characteristics from shifting again.
