Nine Precautions for Camping:

Prevent drowning: After dark, swimming is prohibited. Non-swimmers can only be in shallow water areas (water depth not exceeding 1.3 meters).

Prevent darkness: Bring a household appliance - flashlight, haha, it will be just as convenient even when it gets dark.

Prevent mosquitoes: Make sure to bring mosquito repellent, otherwise you'll be feeding mosquitoes at night.

Prevent rain: Please bring an umbrella or raincoat in case of unexpected weather.

Prevent noise: From midnight 12 to early 7 am, loud noises are prohibited near the camping area to avoid disturbing others' rest.

Prevent sunburn: Especially for women, prepare sunscreen items and preferably bring a towel for wiping sweat.

Prevent dirt: It's best to bring a few newspapers to sit on during meals or bonfire parties.

Prevent loss: Bring fewer valuable items and don't leave them inside the tent.

[Event Introduction]

The world's first themed rafting, national AAAA-level tourist area, Hubei's top ten tourist attractions, Yangjiaxi Rafting with its thrilling and mysterious military theme is filled with a strong military color. It has functions such as rafting adventure, military training, and aquatic leisure. The rafting river section is divided into dynamic water rafting and static water rafting. Here, visitors wear camouflage clothing, paddle camouflage kayaks, are organized into military units led by elected commanders, singing military songs, battling rapids, crossing dangerous shoals, feeling like undergoing military training on water, with the scenic views flying past on both sides, endless splashing waves before their eyes. The beautiful valley hides its charm, people feel like they're traveling in a painting, experiencing the thrill of wave-battling shoals, or enjoying the leisure of drifting on calm waters.

Rafting down Yangjiaxi, battling waves and crossing shoals, thrilling yet safe, is an experience; while paddling boats on still water, forgetting worries in the secluded valley, is another kind of joy... All of these experiences will leave unforgettable memories.

[Itinerary]

July 23rd:

7:00 Gather at Xinhua Road Stadium and depart, arrive at Xu Dong Ping Price Old House Gas Station (directly opposite Guangfa Bank) at 7:30

7:45 Depart for Yichang, approximately 3.5-4 hours via Han-Yi Expressway!

12:45 Arrive at the Three Gorges People's Home Dock

13:30-14:00 Take the ferry to Yangjiaxi, approximately 10 minutes to arrive. Cross the river to enjoy the scenery of Xiling Gorge.

14:00-14:30 Make sure to eat enough before starting the rafting

17:30 Rafting ends, return to Guanyin Ferry Dock by boat, then drive to the Nanjinguan Grand Canyon campsite!

18:30 Arrive at the Nanjinguan campsite and set up tents

19:00 Dinner

20:30 After dinner, bonfire party time

22:30 Event ends, free activities such as murder game, card playing, chatting, stargazing

23:40 Everyone rests. (Please refrain from making noise or playing music in the campsite after the designated rest time. Any participants who do not follow instructions will receive disciplinary action.)

July 24th:

5:30 Get up to watch the sunrise (optional)

6:00 Everyone gets up and packs up the tents (it's very hot, so usually wake up early)

6:30 Finish washing up, free breakfast (please buy your own breakfast or bring it to the campsite in advance)

7:00 Because the sun comes out quickly and it gets very hot, we must start the hike as soon as possible

12:00-13:00 Eat wild farm dishes at Tianhe Restaurant in Xia Laoxi

14:00 End the hike and return via a shortcut (takes 8 hours for the full hike)

15:00 Gather at the campsite and return to Wuhan

Estimated return time is 7:30 PM.

[Activity Cost] Approximately 355 RMB per person (includes all meal costs), fees collected uniformly on the bus. Member price: 320 RMB

Participants with their own equipment: 330 RMB per person, member price for those with their own equipment: 297 RMB

Children aged 8-12: 200 RMB per person (children under 1.1 meters are not allowed to raft, seniors over 60 years old are not allowed to participate in rafting)

[Price Explanation]

45-seater tourist coach, round trip oil road fee, bridge fee, parking fee (direct via Han-Yi Expressway): 130 RMB

Tent rental: 25 RMB per person (includes tent + ground mat + sleeping bag or blanket)

One evening meal + one lunch combined: 50 RMB per person, farmhouse dishes 9 dishes 1 soup, 10 people per table (Yichang scenic area prices are relatively expensive)

Camping bonfire firewood + fireworks + lighting management for the campsite: 10 RMB

Yangjiaxi Rafting cost: Market price 180 RMB, group agreement price: 140 RMB

Wuhan travel agency quoted price on July 6, 2011, excluding rafting price for 2 days is 390 RMB, so our price is highly competitive!

[Sudden Additional Costs]: Nanjinguan Grand Canyon entrance fee market price 190 RMB, estimated group price 150 RMB. There is an escape route. Due to the large number of participants this time, it is uncertain whether the escape will be successful, so it is estimated that there may be additional Nanjinguan entrance fees. If the escape is successful, there will be no additional fees.

Participants joining the group activity for the first time need to pay a deposit of 100 RMB to the designated account. Substitute registrations for others are not allowed, only self-registration is accepted, even if you are spouses or siblings, please register individually, the leader does not have the capacity to verify relationships between participants.

Participants over 60 years old, under 8 years old, and foreigners are not allowed to participate, if they attempt to participate they will be denied boarding.

Our destination is a semi-mature tourist area, with stores, restaurants, hotels, slightly higher prices.
