Victor Koo's microblogging absolution of Tudou’s Wang Wei on the morning of August 17th, after experiencing ups and downs during the final days of Tudou's IPO, showed sympathetic feelings as an adversary and accomplice to Youku: Youku CEO Victor Koo (microblogging) wished for the successful listing of Tudou tonight on Sina Bo, and hoped that the market would rise.

Before Youku submitted its advertisement application documents, it faced vaccine-related challenges, went through a crisis with his ex-wife, and six months later corrected accounting errors. Finally, Tudou was priced at $29 and will be listed tonight on the NASDAQ market.

We must strive to promote the sound development of the industry and make the pie bigger.

Victor Koo had previously said that for video websites going public in the U.S. market, protein plays a role, and promoting advantageous development within the industry is a good thing.

However, the basic markets don't necessarily think so. Initially, there were joint arrangements for Tudou's bazaar two or three days, even amid strong Youku earnings where stock prices rebounded sharply due to support abstraction, Youku still fell continuously. Mirae Asset issued a report pointing out that despite excellent second-quarter results and relatively cool third-quarter guidance, the price seems to reflect Youku rival Tudou's fate.

According to the issue price of $29 for Tudou, adding antibodies, Tudou is valued at $822 million, which is one-third of Youku's value at $2.7 billion.

As of yesterday's close, Youku fell 8.11% to close at $23.92. In the past 52 weeks, Youku's highest price was $69.95, and the lowest price was $19.76. (Tracy)

Youku has fallen for eight consecutive trading days since hitting a market low. Youku fell 14% on Tuesday, reaching a 52-week low or getting trapped in the potato market where potatoes' revenue access is still showing a huge loss in Youku's second quarter earnings.
