When Mr. Luo took off his pants and put them at the foot of the bed, he found they were stolen. After being rejected when asking for his pants back, he was beaten by two men. Helplessly, he ran out of the alley wearing only a pair of triangular underwear, and took a motorcycle taxi to a crowded street where he used a public telephone to call the police.
After the policemen from Hubei Police Station arrived, the two men were arrested, while the woman who lured customers disappeared.
The two men confessed that they and three other women were employed by someone. The women are responsible for luring customers at low prices, while they are responsible for stealing property. They earned 50 yuan per day. They had been together for only 10 days and committed more than 10 crimes.
