A clothing trademark named "Zhongshan Warship" was transferred by an enterprise in Qianjiang, Hubei Province to a clothing entrepreneur in Anhui for a high price of 15,000 yuan. In August 1995, a certain apparel company in Qianjiang City applied through the Central China Trademark Office to register the "Zhongshan Warship" trademark, covering goods such as clothing, shoes, hats, gloves, socks, and ties. In March 1997, it was approved by the National Trademark Office. Recently, due to the poor performance of the apparel company, the trademark has been largely idle. Meanwhile, Mr. Wang from Anhui, who is in the developing stage of his clothing business, reached a trademark transfer agreement with them. Last December, both parties completed the trademark transfer procedures. The other day, the trademark transfer registration certificate was issued.
