The Samsung WF-C863 washing machine does not drain.
Fault Phenomenon: When entering the drainage program, the washing machine either does not drain or drains slowly.
Detection and Judgment: The main causes of the above fault are: (1) The drainage pump PS is jammed or damaged; (2) The drainage filter or outlet is blocked by foreign objects; (3) The drainage pipe is kinked; (4) Poor contact of components in the drainage circuit. First, check that the drainage pump PS is in good condition and not jammed by any foreign objects. Then check the drainage filter, which is found to be blocked by foreign objects, causing the machine to fail to drain.
Repair Method: After removing the foreign objects from the filter, power on the machine for a test run, and the fault is resolved.
