Happy Yunnan people.

As a Yunnanese, I am very happy. Except for the face getting tanned. We enjoy the climatic benefits bestowed by nature. This term "climate welfare" is my original creation, meaning that just as air conditioning fees are issued in the south and sandstorm fees in the north, the costs under unfavorable conditions are offset by favorable climate conditions.

I came from the north. In the cold regions of the north, there used to be a benefit called the sandstorm fee. In Yunnan, I rarely feel the sandstorms or dust storms that block out the sky.

As an ecological refugee, I moved from northern China to the south. Confucius once said, "If the Way does not prevail, I will get on a raft and float out to sea." Being a poor swimmer with no overseas connections, I could only splash around in small fishing villages like Shenzhen. The small buses in Shenzhen at that time would jump forward and backward, making one quite dizzy. However, the humid climate and unbearable sauna-like weather made me quite uncomfortable. There is a disease called "air conditioning sickness," which refers to illnesses contracted in air-conditioned rooms during the humid and hot weather in southern China.

People should not only have the freedom from hunger but also the freedom to breathe fresh air freely. To breathe freely without dust.

People should dress freely without worrying about sweat stains.

People should have a clear view. You can see one mountain from another, rather than a visibility measured in meters due to exhaust fumes in cities.

Coming to Yunnan feels like returning to the summer of Inner Mongolia. The sky is high and the clouds are white, making one's head clear and eyes bright.

No wonder some Mongolians who conquered Yunnan in the past chose to stay even after their defeat.

Yunnan's climate gives everyone here climatic benefits, providing a refreshing and relaxing natural space with temperatures between 10-20 degrees Celsius.

In China, if you want to find a livable province, I think Yunnan is better than Hainan. Although Yunnan's economy is slightly less developed, living here might mean lower income compared to coastal areas like Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Guangdong. If one adopts an A-Q spirit, some people earn a lot of money, but if their quality of life and living environment are poor, they won't be able to enjoy the wealth they've earned. From a certain perspective, wealthy people now recognize this point. They have started looking for leisure and health resorts both domestically and internationally. Banyan Tree Group from Singapore has done an excellent job in creating many high-end domestic resort properties.

And Yunnan is Banyan Tree Group's key area.

In Dali, there is a housing development called Erhai International Eco-city, which is favored by many investors and self-use holiday health customers. Residents of Erhai Eco-city not only enjoy the optimal 270-degree sea view in Dali but also allow life to intimately connect with nature, cultivating the soul and refining temperament. If someone's children grow up here, it will give them a broad chest like Erhai Lake. The word "Hai" originally means lake in Mongolian. And the calm waves of Erhai make people tranquil. Compared to the turbulent waves Mao Zedong felt while recuperating in Beidaihe, Erhai is like a warm Bai ethnic girl.

The villas by Kunming's polluted Dianchi Lake can sell for over 100 million yuan each, so the value of the high-rise buildings in Erhai International Eco-city is seriously underestimated! The previous owners were pleasantly surprised to find that the property they purchased for four to five thousand yuan has appreciated by nearly double.

Now, Erhai International Eco-city is awaiting rediscovery of its value; the earlier you buy, the greater the appreciation potential. It is understood that the third phase of products in Erhai International Eco-city will soon be launched. It is the right time to invest in Dali's vacation property.
