Harbin Daily News (Ling Jun, intern Dong Yuchen, reporter Liu Shubao): According to information from the City Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau yesterday, in accordance with the overall work deployment of the municipal government on the concentrated rectification of outdoor illegally set signboard advertisements across the city, starting from early August, the City Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau has comprehensively grasped the approval status of outdoor signboard advertisements across the city this year through joint efforts with relevant departments such as planning, urban management, and urban investment. They have determined the number of illegally set signboard advertisements, and so far have dismantled 305 various types of illegally set signboard advertisement facilities.
According to reports, the Illegal Construction Law Enforcement Supervision Team of the Municipal Enforcement Bureau conducted investigations and groundwork on the setting of outdoor signboard advertisement facilities on nearly a thousand streets in six administrative districts including Nangang, Daoli, and Daowai. They also coordinated with relevant departments such as urban appearance and planning, comprehensively grasping the approval situation of outdoor signboard advertisements across the city this year, determining the number of illegally set signboard advertisements, providing evidence guarantees for the centralized dismantling work.
The Pingshan District Law Enforcement Bureau basically completed the dismantling of various illegal signboards and advertisements on first and second-class streets and key areas by the early part of August, dismantling more than 200 various signboards, advertisements, and electronic display screens; the Nangang District Law Enforcement Bureau began on August 9th, successively forcibly dismantling 37 signboard advertisements illegally set within the scope of streets such as Zhongshan Road, Hongjun Street, Railway Street, and Xidazhi Street, with a dismantling area reaching 1,090 square meters; on August 18th, the price of 90-octane gasoline in Yinchuan, the Daoli District Law Enforcement Bureau dismantled five wall advertisements around the Wanda Hotel in one day, totaling 64 square meters; on the same day, the Xiangfang District Law Enforcement Bureau dismantled three high-altitude building advertisements, covering an area of 143 square meters. According to preliminary statistics, in the more than 20 days since the start of the rectification action, our city has dismantled a total of 305 various types of illegal outdoor signboard advertisements, approximately 2,686 square meters.
