The three reconciliation conditions proposed by Tencent are as follows: 360 must uninstall the QQ Guard and other malicious defamatory privacy protectors from all its clients; immediately stop intercepting Tencent and other legal programs, and publicly commit to not intercepting Tencent programs in the future, not releasing any software that attacks Tencent products, and not stealing any QQ user data; 360 must make a public apology to Tencent and compensate for the losses. The dispute between Tencent and 360 has become the focus of hundreds of millions of Internet users, and the confrontation between the two sides is still ongoing. 360 claimed yesterday that under the intervention of relevant national departments, QQ and 360 software have achieved full compatibility. However, Tencent stated that this claim is untrue, and it will not compromise until 360 fulfills the three reconciliation conditions.
