ACCP 5.0 is the latest software engineer vocational education course introduced by Beida Qingniao APTECH, jointly developed by software technology experts from China and India. ACCP 5.0, employment-oriented, reflects the most fundamental and core characteristic of the ACCP curriculum. ACCP is vocational education, not academic education, and the essence of vocational education is employment education. The goal of learning is for employment; we study what helps with employment, and we skip what doesn't contribute to employment. In order to meet the demands of employment, the first thing we did was to go to software development companies to understand their usage conditions and technical requirements. After more than a year of effort, we collected job recruitment information from 5,362 companies, closely tracked 386 companies in 36 cities, and conducted on-site visits and in-depth interviews with 41 companies. Through detailed analysis of the first-hand data we gathered and multiple expert discussions, we have obtained a relatively comprehensive understanding of the personnel needs of enterprises.
