Ever since KPFans released the Chinese cracked version of Kaspersky KIS 7.0, I've been using it. However, with the arrival of the official Chinese version, I found that Keys for the Kaspersky 7.0 series are extremely hard to find. Most of the Keys available online have already been blacklisted, which forced my PC to go unprotected for quite a while. It wasn't until later that I managed to get a KIS 7.0 Key, valid until September 9, 2009, from a QQ group, but there's no guarantee how long it will last. Meanwhile, the computer at my office, which couldn't withstand running without protection, was switched to KAV 7.0, using a six-month registration code provided by 360.
Coincidentally, a few days ago, Calvin shared a great tool — a universal crack for Kaspersky KAV/KIS 6.x-7.x, claiming it can extend the validity of a Key by at least 20 years. So, I tried it on the KAV 7.0 at the office, and it seemed to work effectively; the expiration date was clearly extended to May 1, 2027.
