Three generations of the Fox family were born on the same day, an extraordinary coincidence. According to a report by the British "Daily Mail" on May 24th, in Romford, Essex, UK, three generations of the Fox family managed to break an incredibly rare probability: the birthdays of 61-year-old grandfather Harry Fox, 35-year-old son Lee Fox, and newborn grandson Benjamin Fox all coincidentally fall on the same day—May 8th! Mathematicians claim that the probability of three generations in one family having their birthdays on the same day is extremely low, approximately only 1/272910. Some people joked that if the entire Fox family had placed a bet on Benjamin's birthday before his birth at a betting company, they would now be entitled to a massive payout.

Last year, Lee’s girlfriend Lisa was pregnant with their first child. What Lee didn't expect was that when Lisa was three months pregnant, a midwife found during an examination that Lisa's due date for the baby would be May 8th this year, meaning the child would be born on Lee's 35th birthday as well as his father Harry's 61st birthday! Lee recalled: "When the doctor performed a scan on the baby and calculated that the due date would be May 8th this year, I shouted, 'No way! That's my and my dad's birthday!'"

According to reports, the 35-year-old Lee Fox is an engineer from Romford, Essex, UK, living with his 33-year-old girlfriend Lisa Buck, who works in a bank. Coincidentally, both Lee and his 61-year-old father, building contractor Harry Fox, were born on May 8th—Lee was born on May 8th, 1975, weighing 3.5 pounds at birth; Harry was born on May 8th, 1949, weighing 3.2 kilograms at birth.
