When designing the technical implementation plan, we followed the following principles:

9. Tamper-proof protection

● Power-off alarm: Upload power-off alarm after GPS is cut off from power.

● Backup battery: Device can operate continuously for 2 hours after power-off.

10. Voice announcement

● After vehicle violation, the center can directly send voice dispatch information to communicate with the driver.

11. Image monitoring

● Compartment monitoring: Cameras point towards the compartment, monitor whether the compartment is secure and weather conditions.

● Road condition monitoring: Cameras point towards the road ahead of the windshield, judge if there's traffic congestion and road conditions.

● Driver monitoring: Cameras point towards the cockpit, check if the on-duty driver and driving operations are in violation.

System Composition:

The monitoring center serves as the "nerve center" of the entire system, concentrating on implementing monitoring, scheduling, receiving/dispatching alarms, image processing functions, and other information services, while coordinating and managing the entire system's hardware and software.

Functions of the vehicle terminal:

Responsible for data transmission between the vehicle terminal and the monitoring center. This part mainly involves the GPRS/CDMA public data network. As long as GSM or CDMA can cover the area, the system can run stably. Common functions include:

Vehicle positioning: Continuous positioning at fixed times, speed measurement, motion direction, etc.

Monitoring alarms: Overspeed, fatigued driving, unloading, unexpected long-term parking, etc.

Remote listening: Used for on-site judgment after robbery alarms.

Cutting fuel/power: Used for remote locking of vehicles in emergencies.

SOS emergency assistance: Manually triggered by the driver when feeling danger, highest level of alarm.

On-board telephone: Hands-free calls, handset calls, screen calls (external earphones).

Text scheduling: External scheduling screens, handsets, etc.

Voice announcements: External voice announcer with speakers.

Image transmission: 1-4 camera channels, with night vision.

Custom alarms: Users connect various detection switches according to needs, support triggering cameras to take photos.

Monitoring alarm functions:

● Overspeed alarm: Upload alarm when exceeding the speed threshold set by the company, with reports.

● Geofence alarm: Alarm when the vehicle exceeds the specified driving range.

● Emergency alarm: Alarm switch pressed by the owner in danger, must be manually intervened by the center to cancel.

● Custom alarms: Support 1-2 custom alarms, such as door opening alarms, vehicles need to connect door switches.

● Power-off alarm: Battery removal or device power-off alarm, must be manually intervened to resolve.

Vehicle positioning and tracking, multi-vehicle simultaneous tracking:

● Immediate positioning: Name-call positioning, query the current position of the vehicle;

● Last position: Query the latest position actively uploaded by the vehicle;

● Vehicle tracking: Continuously position the vehicle and draw trajectories on the map.

● Multi-vehicle tracking: Simultaneous tracking and comparison of multiple vehicles in new windows.
