Xinhua News Agency report - Andrew Selby is one of the loudest snorers in the UK. His snoring rivals the roar of a Formula One car engine. The UK's "snore king" recently attended a training camp and successfully reduced his noise level.

Selby, aged 48, has a wife named Charlotte who says that when Selby sleeps, his snoring can be heard in every room of their house. "If he falls asleep while watching TV, turning up the volume to the maximum doesn't help," Charlotte mentioned. She even recorded her husband's snoring and used it as her mobile phone ringtone.

According to the online edition of the UK's Sunday Mail on April 4th, Selby's snoring reaches 108.5 decibels, just 1.5 decibels less than the noise of an airplane taking off. Charlotte said that over the years, the family tried various methods but none succeeded in reducing Selby's snoring symptoms. She and her daughter recently sought help from an organization called "Help Stop Snoring." Staff members from this organization agreed for Selby to attend a training camp they organized.

At the camp, Selby performed a special type of fitness exercise, changed his diet structure and meal times, and took natural medication to soothe his throat before sleeping. This therapy significantly reduced his snoring.
