1. After making an appointment with Xinyu for the photo session time, a deposit of 200 yuan must be paid for maternity photoshoots. Appointments made through various means such as phone, QQ, or in-person visits without paying the deposit will all be considered invalid. Which place is good for maternity photos?
2. Special Notes on Rescheduling and Breach of Contract
(1) Rescheduling: Rescheduling the photo session more than 3 days before the shooting date (the number of days calculated does not include the shooting day) will not result in the deduction of the deposit; rescheduling within any other time frame (including the shooting day) will incur a deduction of 100 yuan from the deposit. (For example, if the shooting day is the 7th, then the 7th is the shooting day. If you reschedule before or on the 3rd, no deposit will be deducted; rescheduling at any other time will require a deduction of 100 yuan from the deposit.)
(2) Breach of Contract: After paying the deposit, canceling the photoshoot will be regarded as a breach of contract, and the deposit will not be refunded.
3. The day before the photo session, we will make a call to Xinyu to confirm the shooting time again for maternity portraits.
