A Complete Guide to the Process of Taking Pregnant Photoshoot

2. If you decide to take photos with us, please check out the article "Methods and Q&A for Paying Reservation Fees." Confirm the payment of the reservation fee by calling customer service and discuss the shooting date for maternity photos. If you want to visit the studio before confirming, we can discuss further in person.

3. The day before the photo shoot, we will call to confirm the time. Please note: Do not cancel or change the date on the day of the appointment. If you need to change the date, please notify us as soon as possible. No changes are allowed within three days of the shooting date.

4. Read the article "What to Prepare Before Taking Photos?" on the website and prepare accordingly. Check out the detailed information about styling on the website and choose which style you prefer. Have a general idea in mind and discuss specific shooting content with the photographer when you meet. Consider where to take the best maternity photos.

5. Carefully review the map route in the "Contact Address" section on the website before coming, especially if your husband is driving. Try to arrive at the studio on time. You don't need to come too early, but if you're late, don't exceed half an hour to ensure other customers' shooting time and the normal working hours of the staff.

6. After arriving, spend an hour getting makeup done, changing clothes, and styling hair. If you are not satisfied with the makeup, please inform the makeup artist immediately so adjustments can be made before taking photos.

7. The photo shoot will last approximately two and a half hours. After each set of poses, the photographer will show you a preview of the photos. If you are not satisfied with any part of the photo shoot, please inform the photographer promptly so they can retake the shots.

8. After the photo shoot, we provide卸妆用品and hot water for washing your face. You may bring your own towel. Tidy up your personal belongings.

9. Fill out the contract form and clarify the post-production photography matters. For packages that include all negatives, use your own USB drive to copy all the photos home, select the ones to be edited and email the numbers to us. For packages that do not include all negatives, select the photos on-site.

10. You can roughly browse through all the photos taken on our work computer and then carefully select them at home.

11. Pay the full amount in cash; no card payments or *** (If there are no issues with the shooting quality, we do not accept bargaining for the original price).

12. After selecting the photos at home, we will begin editing and designing the photo album. Two weeks after the selection (not counting from the shooting day), we will show you the initial design draft of the album.

13. Once confirmed without issues, we will send it to the photo album printing factory.

14. Two weeks after sending it to the printing factory, the finished photo album will be delivered. We will call to notify you. Altogether, the post-production process for the photo album takes one month.

15. When the photo album arrives, we will call you. Send your husband with the contract form to pick up the album at the studio (no courier delivery).
