Wallpaper Generator -- Create a personalized wallpaper with your images collage

Actually, the thumbnail of the wallpaper above was not made by Wallpaper Generator but by Picasa, though the effect is similar. Wallpaper Generator is a latest product based on Microsoft's .NET WPF technology and it can make wallpapers with the collected photos and pictures like the one shown above. The reason why I didn't directly demonstrate the effect using Wallpaper Generator is that it supports Windows Vista or Windows XP and requires .NET Framework 3.0, but my computer does not meet these requirements. If you are using Vista system, this tool is still worth a try.
