Synchronous belt is a ring belt with steel wire rope or glass fiber as the force layer, and polyurethane or chloroprene rubber as the outer cover. The inner side of the belt is made into gear shape for meshing with the gear synchronous belt pulley.

The allowable linear velocity can reach 50M/S, and the transmitted power ranges from several watts to hundreds of kilowatts. The transmission efficiency is high, generally reaching 98%, the structure is compact, suitable for multi-shaft transmission, no lubrication required, no pollution, so it can work normally in places where pollution is not allowed and the working environment is relatively harsh.
