How to delete undeletable files

The headaches caused by files that cannot be deleted due to various reasons are all too familiar. Of course, the direct solution is to bring up the Task Manager (shortcut Ctrl+Alt+Del), terminate the process associated with the file, or delete it after restarting the system. However, sometimes we may not know exactly which process is causing the issue, or we might not want to terminate the related process—for example, when playing audio or video, you'd have to close the media player. So, how can we resolve this series of problems? In this blog post, YoYo will introduce two small programs that can conveniently solve the aforementioned issues.
